What are the advantages of Led Neon Lights?

2022-12-05
LED neon light-emitting diode neon lights are more environmentally friendly, cheaper, and easy to install, and because they are generally pasted on the store door and do not extend to the street, there are fewer potential safety hazards. As far as production is concerned, the cost is also very low. After all, the production process of ordinary neon lights is relatively complicated, and many are handmade. It is said that it usually takes more than half a year to learn and master.

The inherent characteristics of light-emitting diodes determine that it is the most ideal light source, replacing traditional light sources, and has a wide range of uses.

1. Small size.

An LED is basically a small chip encapsulated in resin, so it's very small and light.

2. Low power consumption.

Light-emitting diodes have very low power consumption. Generally, the working voltage of light-emitting diodes is 2-3.6V. The working current is 0.02-0.03A. That is, it consumes no more than 0.1W of power.

3. Long service life.

Under the appropriate current and voltage, the service life of LEDs can reach 100,000 hours.

4. High brightness, low heat, environmental protection.

Light-emitting diodes are made of non-toxic materials, unlike fluorescent lamps that contain mercury, which can cause pollution, and light-emitting diodes can also be recycled.

5. Strong and durable.

LEDs are fully encapsulated in epoxy, making them stronger than light bulbs and fluorescent tubes. There are no loose parts in the lamp body, making the LED not easily damaged.

6. High light efficiency: almost all of the spectrum is concentrated on the frequency of visible light, and the efficiency can reach 80%-90%. Similar to incandescent lamps, the light efficiency is only 10%-20%.

7. High light quality: Since there is no ultraviolet and infrared rays in the spectrum, there is no heat and radiation, and it is a typical green lighting source.

8. Low energy consumption: the power of a single unit is generally 0.05-1w, and it can be customized through clusters to meet different needs with little waste. As a light source, the power consumption under the same brightness is only 1/8-10 of that of ordinary incandescent lamps.

9. Long life: the standard life of luminous flux attenuation to 70% is 100,000 hours. Semiconductor lamps can generally be used for 50 years. Even people who live a hundred years can use up to two lamps in their lifetime.

10. Reliable and durable: no tungsten wire, glass shell and other vulnerable parts, the abnormal scrap rate is small, and the maintenance cost is extremely low.

11. Flexible application: Small in size, can be flat-packed, easy to develop into light, thin and short products, and made into specific application products in various forms of points, lines, and surfaces.

12. Safety: The working voltage of the unit is between 1.5-5v, and the working current is between 20-70mA.

13. Green and environmental protection: waste can be recycled, no pollution, and does not contain mercury like fluorescent lamps.
